How Pivot Got Here

Karen Kruisdyk is the owner of her boutique home studio based in Enoggera.

​

Karen's love of physical activity has been varied but always a consistent in her life.  This strong interest is what bought her to Pilates & has seen her complete her Diploma with Pilates ITC Training Centre.  Pivot Pilates is also an approved work placement studio for upcoming training Pilates ITC students.  You may see them in the studio during your class.

​

Being a mum of three Karen is aware of the ebbs & flows of life & the impacts they can have on your health regime.  Her third pregnancy saw Karen gain over 25 kilos & this change in image allowed Karen to recognise the importance of having a space for yourself that feels safe & is without judgement.  This desire forged the creation of her studio where others come to move their body while feeling safe & understood.

You can attend Karens classes from her home studio, the local church hall & in a local park in conjunction with the Brisbane City Council Healthy & Active program.
